Role: Education Counselor

As an Education Counselor at NDMIT, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your role will focus on guiding them to make informed decisions about their education and career by providing detailed information about our programs, admission processes, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

·         Counsel students and parents about NDMIT courses and programs.

·         Provide detailed guidance regarding course structure, fee details, and career opportunities.

·         Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries with a professional approach.

·         Assist students in selecting the right program based on their interests and eligibility.

·         Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure conversions and admissions.

·         Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.

·         Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and admissions.

·         Represent NDMIT with professionalism and uphold the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications & Experience

·         Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).

·         1–2 years of relevant experience in counseling, admission, or educational services.

·         Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Key Skills Required

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.

·         Persuasive and positive attitude with a student-centric approach.

·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

·         Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
