About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining suitable courses/programs, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

• Understand students’ career goals, educational background, and requirements.

• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses or programs.

• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, benefits, and admission process.

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

• Handle queries and objections professionally.

• Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.

• Build a positive relationship with students throughout the counselling process.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.

• Strong Hindi and English communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, education counselling, or inside sales will be an advantage.
