Education Counsellor

We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and engage with higher authorities (Principals, HODs, Placement Officers) to present our 6-month AI program.

• Build strong relationships with educational institutions to promote student participation.

• Convince stakeholders about the value of offering the program free of cost to their students.

• Conduct informative sessions, presentations, and meetings to explain course benefits.

• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and smooth execution of the program.

• Collect student data, feedback, and maintain records of outreach activities.

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for college tie-ups and student enrollments.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
