*Requirements:*

1. Master's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field.

2. Relevant experience in education counseling or a related field.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.

5. Knowledge of educational trends, research, and best practices.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Certification in counseling or a related field (e.g., National Board Certified Counselor).

2. Experience with educational software and technology.
