Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students through international education opportunities. This role involves personalized advising and support to help students achieve their academic goals abroad.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one counselling to assess student interests, career goals, and suitable programs overseas.
• Assist with university applications, visa processes, documentation, and scholarship searches.
• Conduct workshops, orientations, and information sessions on study abroad options, cultural adaptation, and pre-departure preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with international universities, track application progress, and offer post-admission support.
• Stay updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and immigration policies.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in student counselling, education consulting, or international advising.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of popular study destinations like USA, UK, Canada, Australia.
• Passion for education, empathy, and ability to work in a target-driven team environment.
