  • Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins regarding courses such as Lean Six Sigma, Digital Marketing, PMP, and other professional programs

  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on career goals

  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into enrollments

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or tracking systems

  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students

  • Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
