Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and goal-driven Education Counsellor to support prospective students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, aspirations, and eligibility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric mindset, and a drive to achieve high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic pathways, career options, and course selections aligned with their goals and interests.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide personalized admission guidance.

• Offer accurate and detailed information about courses, universities, and admission requirements.

• Assist students throughout the application process, including documentation and timelines.

• Build and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups with prospective students.

• Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.

• Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

• Prior experience in education counselling or student advisory roles is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
