Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Guide students/parents on courses, universities/institutions, career options, and admission procedures.

• Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Information Sharing: Clearly explain course content, duration, fees, payment plans, and outcomes.

• Needs Assessment: Understand the student's academic background, interests, and goals to recommend suitable programs.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion updates in CRM tools.

• Relationship Building: Build a rapport with students and provide regular follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and admission teams to align on campaigns and targets.

• Reporting: Share weekly/monthly updates on leads, conversions, and feedback with the team lead or manager.
