• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, and universities
• Assist students with selection of country / university / course based on academic profile
• Manage application documentation, forms, and admission requirements
• Provide support for visa process and pre-departure guidance
• Attend walk-ins, handle phone inquiries, and respond to emails & online leads
• Maintain follow-up records, reporting, and CRM data
• Meet admission targets & contribute to business growth
• Participate in educational seminars, events & promotional activities
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing ability & student handling skills
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, especially Germany (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office & email drafting
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Graduation / Post-Graduation mandatory
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred in overseas education counseling
