
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students through phone, email, chat channels.
Provide guidance on academic programs, admissions procedures, financial aid, and other student-related issues.
Assist students with the application process, including filling out forms and submitting necessary documents.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the institution's academic programs, admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students .
