Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and study pathways.

• Handle tele-calling, walk-ins, and online inquiries to convert leads into admissions.

• Provide accurate information about courses, fee structures, admission procedures, and career outcomes.

• Maintain student follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school/college networks.

• Keep updated with industry trends, job market needs, and education technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream); MBA/PG in Education Management preferred.

• Prior experience as an Education Counsellor, Career Counsellor, or Student Advisor (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

• Strong ability to handle objections, queries, and career guidance discussions.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email, WhatsApp Business).
