Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for training & IT services

• Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email & meetings

• Understand client needs & recommend suitable solutions

• Maintain CRM records & track sales pipeline

• Coordinate with marketing & operations teams

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

• Represent Webasha in webinars & events

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Good negotiation & closing ability

• Tech-savvy with interest in IT (Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.)

• CRM knowledge (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (IT/Engineering preferred)
