Track students’ academic performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Assess students’ interests and aptitudes using interviews, tests, or tools.
Guide them on career options, job market trends, and suitable paths based on educational qualifications.
Help in resume writing, interview preparation, and internship/job search where applicable.
Advise students on overseas education options (countries, universities, visa processes).
Assist with application processes, SOP/essay writing, and visa documentation.
Stay updated on international admission policies, course fees, scholarships, and living arrangements.
Address issues like lack of motivation, stress, peer pressure, and exam anxiety.
Encourage and support students to develop self-confidence and time management skills.
Refer students to psychologists or special services if deeper issues are present.
Organize career fairs, webinars, personality development sessions, or orientation programs.
Network with educational institutions and industry professionals to update guidance materials.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
