2. Career Counseling

• Assess students’ interests and aptitudes using interviews, tests, or tools.

• Guide them on career options, job market trends, and suitable paths based on educational qualifications.

• Help in resume writing, interview preparation, and internship/job search where applicable.

3. Study Abroad Counselling (if applicable)

• Advise students on overseas education options (countries, universities, visa processes).

• Assist with application processes, SOP/essay writing, and visa documentation.

• Stay updated on international admission policies, course fees, scholarships, and living arrangements.

4. Personal Counseling & Motivation

• Address issues like lack of motivation, stress, peer pressure, and exam anxiety.

• Encourage and support students to develop self-confidence and time management skills.

• Refer students to psychologists or special services if deeper issues are present.

5. Workshops & Seminars

• Organize career fairs, webinars, personality development sessions, or orientation programs.

• Network with educational institutions and industry professionals to update guidance materials.
