We are Hiring: Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide aspirants on professional training and career development
Build strong relationships with students and provide personalized support
Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
Assist with admissions, course registration, and IIBA certification applications
Maintain accurate database records and reports
Monitor student performance and provide timely support
Create and update presentations, reports, and process documentation
Strengthen communication and negotiation practices
