We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Education Counselor to guide, counsel, and supportaspirants in their professional training and development journey.Key Responsibilities- Student Counseling & Guidance- Counsel aspirants on training programs, certifications, and career pathways.- Provide personalized support services to course participants.- Assist students with admission forms, course registration, and IIBA certification applications.- Monitor student performance and provide timely interventions for struggling students.- Communication & Relationship Management- Maintain open communication with students via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with course participants.- Ensure integrity of academic programs and compliance with COEPD policies.- Administrative & Database Management- Maintain accurate records in the student database.- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads.- Audit data for errors (e.g., incorrect major, batch, nurturing, placement status).- Presentation & Reporting- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations on policies, processes, and program details.- Work on special projects, including updating presentations and compiling metric reports.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Database management and data accuracy skills.- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or student services is an advantage.- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
