Role Description:

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Counselor located on-site in Coimbatore. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for interacting with potential students, providing information about our courses, and assisting with the enrollment process. Daily tasks include answering inquiries, guiding students through admissions procedures, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects and enrollees.

Qualifications:

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills

• Proven Customer Service and Sales experience (At least 1 Year in an ed-tech company)

• An educational background and understanding of IT programs is a plus.

• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Highly motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore

Salary: No Limit for an Apt Profile & Decent Hike from Previous Role

Shift: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
