Job Summary:

We’re hunting a go-getter Education Counselor! 🎓 You’ll connect with students/parents, spark interest in Jain University’s online degree courses, guide them through admissions, and boost enrollments. Think sales with a heart—help dreams meet opportunities!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach & Engagement:

- Cold calls to leads, explain Jain University’s online UG/PG programs (Arts, Science, Commerce, Management).

- Highlight benefits: flexible learning, accredited, affordable, career growth.

- Address queries on courses, fees, eligibility, exams.

2. Admissions Support:

- Guide through application process (docs, fees, deadlines).

- Follow up leads, convert interest → enrollments!

- Coordinate with Jain University team for smooth admissions.

3. Parent/Student Workshops:

- Host webinars on “Study Online, Work Ahead”—show value of Jain’s programs.

4. Reporting & Targets:

- Track calls, conversions, feedback. Hit monthly enrollment goals!

- Stay updated on Jain University’s courses, trends.

Must-Haves:

- 1+ year counseling/sales experience (edu-tech a plus!).

- Degree (preferably in Education/Management).

- Fluent English + local language (Hindi/Kannda).

- Empathy, persuasion, CRM skills.

- Comfort with numbers, basic tech (Google Sheets).

Nice-to-Haves:

- Know Jain University or online learning.

- Social media savvy for outreach.
