Ecommerce Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website and/or online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

• Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

• Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and sales events

• Monitor website performance, conversion rates, traffic, and sales metrics

• Ensure accurate inventory updates and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams

• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries

• Work with designers and content teams to maintain brand consistency online

• Analyze competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends

• Support SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives

• Ensure smooth user experience across desktop and mobile platforms
