Ecommerce Sales Executive

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Benefits: PF and 21 Annual Leaves (post 6 months of service)

We are looking for

A detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations across leading platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on marketplace experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth order processing.

This role involves

• Managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on e-commerce portals.

• Coordinating with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners for smooth operations.

• Monitoring orders, handling cancellations/returns, and resolving escalations.

• Preparing sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.

• Ensuring product content (titles, descriptions, images) is accurate and SEO-friendly.

• Supporting digital promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

• Staying updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform guidelines.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
