E-Commerce Specialist / Executive

Location: Ramesh Park Laxmi nagar
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative mindset, and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience optimization. You will play a key role in driving online revenue, improving product visibility, and enhancing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Mynta , etc.)

  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing for SEO and conversion performance

  • Monitor daily sales performance and analyse key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and ROI

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales activities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, etc.)

  • Handle order fulfilment coordination, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries when necessary

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to enhance online performance

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and present insights to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital marketing

  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Mynta , etc.)

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketplace integrations (Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
