Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels. This role involves overseeing product listings, coordinating with marketing and logistics teams, analyzing performance data, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory)
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics teams to ensure product availability
Optimize product pages using SEO best practices to improve visibility and conversions
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, returns)
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for ads, email campaigns, and social media promotions
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure smooth order processing, payment tracking, and delivery coordination
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field
1–4 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operations
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
