About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on Flipkart and other leading marketplaces. You will own end-to-end seller operations — from catalog management and listing optimization to order fulfillment and performance analytics — ensuring strong visibility, high conversion, and excellent seller health metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Flipkart Marketplace Management
Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Flipkart Seller Hub, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, and attributes per Flipkart's content guidelines
Monitor and maintain seller health metrics including Order Defect Rate (ODR), cancellation rate, and late shipment rate
Coordinate with the Flipkart account manager for escalations, promotional opportunities, and category-specific deals
Participate in Flipkart sale events such as Big Billion Days, Flipkart Sale, and Grand Gadget Days — plan inventory, pricing, and creatives accordingly
Catalog & Content
Upload and maintain SKUs via bulk upload sheets and API feeds
Optimize product listings with relevant keywords for Flipkart search ranking
Ensure images, A+ content, and product descriptions meet quality benchmarks
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis
Order & Inventory Management
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and SLA adherence
Monitor stock availability and raise replenishment alerts to avoid stockouts
Handle returns, replacements, and customer escalation cases on the platform
Analytics & Reporting
Track weekly and monthly KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, sessions, returns, and Buy Box win rate
Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with senior stakeholders
Use Flipkart Seller Analytics and third-party tools to identify growth opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing a Flipkart seller account (mandatory)
Proficiency in Flipkart Seller Hub — listing, promotions, ads, and reporting modules
Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword optimization, and content best practices
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and bulk operations
Experience with additional marketplaces (Amazon, Meesho, Myntra) is a plus
Good to Have
Experience running Flipkart Ads (Sponsored Listings / Product Listing Ads)
Knowledge of FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) operations
Understanding of category-specific compliance (Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, etc.)
