Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and respond to queries on Instagram, Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.

  • Learn and assist in managing order processes, including COD confirmations and status updates.

  • Support the marketing team in lead generation and follow-ups for bulk/corporate orders.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):

  • A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or Mass Communication.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Both (written and verbal).

  • A fast learner with a keen interest in e-commerce, sales, and customer service.

  • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or MS Office.

  • A proactive and positive attitude – ready to take on new challenges!
