Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website, etc.)

Monitor inventory, pricing, and product visibility

Handle online order processing, returns, and customer queries

Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports

Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and deals

Coordinate with logistics, design, and marketing teams for smooth operations

Research competitors and market trends to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

0–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing

Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and marketplace algorithms (preferred)
