Ecommerce Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business, primarily across Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account management, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, sales performance, and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.

• Manage product pricing, offers, discounts, and promotions.

• Monitor and process daily orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely order dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products remain available online.

• Track sales, revenue, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.

• Handle customer queries, reviews, ratings, and feedback professionally.

• Monitor account health, seller performance, and marketplace policies.

• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.

• Coordinate marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.

• Prepare regular reports on sales and overall marketplace performance.

• Resolve account-related issues, listing errors, payment discrepancies, and other marketplace concerns.

• Keep updated with Amazon and Flipkart policies, features, and marketplace trends.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
