Ecommerce Sales Executive

The E-Commerce Executive contributes to the growth of E-Commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure. • Implement e-commerce activities. • Knowledge of Advanced & Basic listings of products in E-Commerce Websites especially Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho etc. • Preparation of product catalogue various marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho & other e-commerce portals. • Frequent and timely review of all the listings across the portals. • Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website • Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms. • Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via warehouse-DC pick of delivery service. • Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities. • Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders. • Relationship building with the key account managers of assigned SKU's. • Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms. • Prepare insights report on data mining outcome.
