• Handle order management, tracking, and customer service queries for online sales.

• Work with logistics to ensure timely delivery and returns processing.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, customer behavior, and trends.

• Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research to stay competitive.

• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.
