Ecommerce Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an E-Commerce Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for supporting online sales operations, managing product listings, coordinating with marketplaces, and assisting in sales growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

• Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, and inventory levels

• Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance data

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment

• Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on online platforms

• Respond to customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Learn and adapt to e-commerce tools, dashboards, and analytics

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
