Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive / Manager to handle our online business end marketplace management, including product onboarding, cataloging inventory synchronization, order fulfillment, and managing buyer-seller communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Onboarding & Catalog Management :

Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Jiomart) and D2C platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce).

Write accurate product descriptions focusing on stationery details (e.g., paper GSM, binding types, dimensions, sheet counts, and ruling styles).

Upload product images, lifestyle banners, and A+ / Brand Story content following channel-specific guidelines.

Track and optimize product search rankings through targeted keywords and categorization.

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

Process and pack daily B2C and B2B online orders in coordination with the warehouse team.

Track order dispatches, generate shipping labels/tax invoices, and ensure on-time dispatch of SLAs.

Handle customer queries, order cancellations, returns, and damaged stock reconciliations (RTV/Claims).

Inventory & Platform Operations:

Monitor real-time stock levels across warehouse management systems (WMS) and marketplace portals to prevent stockouts or overselling.

Coordinate with internal production teams to plan stock replenishments based on sales velocity.

Maintain marketplace seller metrics, account health scores, and customer feedback performance.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify/WooCommerce, and multi-channel WMS tools (e.g., Unicommerce, Vinculum). Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Soft Skills- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills.
