Experienced E-commerce Seller for Jewelry (Etsy, eBay & Website)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Seller who specializes in managing and growing online jewelry sales across platforms such as Etsy, eBay, and our own website. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling product listings, optimizing SEO, managing orders, and driving sales growth in the online jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Etsy, eBay, and company website.

• Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and tags to improve visibility and ranking.

• Manage product images, pricing strategies, and category placements for maximum conversion.

• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally.

• Monitor competitor trends and suggest improvements in pricing, offers, and product presentation.

• Process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with logistics for smooth fulfillment.

• Analyze sales performance and provide reports to improve marketing and product strategy.

• Run promotions, discounts, and campaigns during festive seasons to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in online jewelry selling (Etsy, eBay, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of E-commerce SEO, keyword research, and product optimization.

• Good understanding of Etsy & eBay algorithms, policies, and best practices.

• Experience in order management, customer service, and returns handling.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or any image editing software is a plus.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in jewelry or fashion accessories niche.

• Knowledge of social media marketing to support e-commerce growth.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Etsy Ads, or eBay Promotions.
