Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, claims & returns handling, stock coordination, and overall marketplace performance across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage and handle marketplace accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, and Myntra.

·         Create and manage product listings with proper variations, grouping, keywords, and category mapping.

·         Develop and update A+ Content, product descriptions, titles, bullet points, and other creative content.

·         Coordinate content creation including images, banners, and brand store updates.

·         Handle pricing management, competitor analysis, and margin monitoring across marketplaces.

·         Plan and execute promotions, coupons, deals, and festive sale activities to increase sales performance.

·         Manage advertising campaigns including Sponsored Ads, PPC campaigns, and platform marketing tools.

·         Strong working knowledge of Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBF, and SJIT processes.

·         Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards.

·         Handle complete account management including order processing, order tracking, returns, cancellations, dispatch coordination, inventory management, and sales tracking.

·         Raise and follow up on claims, reimbursements, disputes, and support tickets with marketplace teams.

·         Resolve listing issues, account-related problems, suppressed listings, and operational queries.

·         Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.

·         Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, dispatch, and inventory planning.

·         Track marketplace performance metrics and work towards achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements

• Graduate – B.Com preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa, etc.

• Knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and order processing.

• Basic understanding of marketplace ads/promotions.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and web analytics tools preferred

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
