📌 Job Description: E-commerce Specialist (Amazon / eBay Manager)

Company: Assorts Machine Tools (Delhi)
Location: Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi (On-site, Full-time)

Assorts Machine Tools is a manufacturer and exporter of machine tool accessories, serving hobbyists, machinists, and industries worldwide. We sell through Amazon FBA, eBay, and other e-commerce channels, along with direct B2B exports. We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Specialist who can manage and grow our global marketplace presence.


Role Overview

The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing our online marketplaces end-to-end — including listings, advertising, performance monitoring, and account health. The right candidate must have a strong track record in Amazon Seller Central & PPC management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to take ownership of results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management

    • Manage Amazon Seller Central & eBay accounts (FBA + FBM workflows, cases, reports).

    • Ensure account health metrics remain within compliance (late shipment, returns, performance).

  • Listings & Content

    • Create and optimize product listings with SEO keywords, titles, bullet points, backend search terms.

    • Coordinate for A+ Content, images, videos, and storefronts.

  • Advertising & Promotions

    • Plan, run, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).

    • Monitor ACOS/ROAS, daily spends, and profitability.

    • Run deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Generate and interpret sales, ads, and inventory reports.

    • Suggest actionable improvements to grow rankings, conversion rates, and revenue.

  • Inventory & Operations

    • Forecast demand and coordinate FBA shipments.

    • Monitor stranded/blocked listings and resolve promptly.

  • Customer Interaction

    • Handle international buyer queries, returns, and case logs professionally.

    • Maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Exploration & Growth

    • Research competitors and identify new opportunities.

    • Suggest expansion into new platforms (Etsy, Walmart, Flipkart Global, Shopify).


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM).

  • Proven ability to manage Amazon PPC campaigns with profitable ACOS.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

  • Working knowledge of eBay Seller Hub.

  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

  • Good communication in English (written + verbal).

  • Problem-solving skills (handling suspensions, stranded inventory, compliance).

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of results.


Good-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Knowledge of Helium10, JungleScout, Keepa, or similar tools.

  • Experience with other marketplaces (Etsy, Walmart, Flipkart Global).

  • Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop) for quick listing improvements.

  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred).
