✅ Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Etsy, eBay, and Amazon US.

• Develop SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords to increase visibility and sales.

• Monitor pricing, inventory, and product performance across platforms.

• Handle order processing, shipment coordination, returns, and customer queries.

• Manage product images, attributes, categories, and listing accuracy.

• Track sales and marketplace analytics; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Implement promotional strategies, ads, and campaigns where required.

• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

• Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce marketplace management.

• Mandatory experience with Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.com US etc.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, keywords, and listing optimization.

• Experience in jewellery category preferred.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
