Job Description

We are hiring an E-Commerce L1 Executive responsible for handling day-to-day operations of online portals, order processing, product listing support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online sales activities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily order processing from e-commerce portals
Monitor order status, dispatch updates, and delivery tracking
Support product listing uploads and updates on portals
Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory status
Coordinate with warehouse / supply chain team for dispatch
Respond to basic customer queries via email or portal chat
Prepare daily order and sales reports in Excel
Follow up on pending orders, cancellations, and returns
Ensure portal data accuracy and documentation

🎯 Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Excel
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good communication in Hindi & English
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work on multiple portals simultaneously
