Expectations

Manage team and active 12+ FOS from assigned district, should be able to think out of the

box, build strong relationships in market, apply different strategies to stay ahead of the

market competition

Responsible for:

● Team building and sustenance, maintain on field active HC of 12+ FOS

● Attrition management at FOS level

● Ensure 90% of the Goals are met month on month

● Drive multiple KPIs (merchant acquisition and device sales)

● Understand the depth of local market, create monthly beat plans for team

deployment

● Identify local practises, drive transaction metrics
