Job Title: Digital Sales Executive / Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for driving online sales of insurance products (motor, health, travel, etc.) through digital channels like website, app, aggregators, and campaigns. The role focuses on lead conversion, customer acquisition, and improving digital sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through digital platforms (website, mobile app, partners, aggregators)
Handle inbound leads and convert them into policy sales
Manage outbound calling for digital leads (if applicable)
Optimize customer journey to improve conversion rates
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
Track daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics
Upsell and cross-sell insurance products
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
Maintain CRM data and customer records
