Role Accountability Manage pre-acquisition/post-acquisition/fraud decision engine: Encode business rules and policies in the decision engine Manage Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly policy/strategy change requirements/releases Analyze the problem statement & assist in the formulation of business requirement documents for technical development Test/Validate the solution delivered to ensure business objectives are met Provide post-go-live support in terms of identification and fixing issues, if any Impact assessment of any system failures/ breakdown/transition cases Support key business initiatives/projects - integration of decision engines, new card program launch, optimization of policy rules Managing upgrades of our core Onboarding/Acquisition/Mainframe systems (WCP / LOS /Vision+) Responsible for undertaking regular audits of systems & creating adequate checks to ensure proper implementation of risk policies and processes. Evaluation of other sub/peripheral systems and planning upgrade, as required. This includes standardization of existing strategies & processes in order to increase efficiency. Measures of Success Timely and accurate implementation of business policies & rules in the respective system/ decision engine Efficiency of written code Fulfilling data requests within the given SLA Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Basic understanding of IT systems and risk decision engines Hands on experience on decision engines for e.g. NBSM/Power curve/Blaze Advisor Good knowledge of SAS/SQL/Python Basic Understanding of card Policies and processes Competencies critical to the role Collaboration Process Orientation Analytical Ability and Problem solving Qualification Bachelors' degree in any relevant field Preferred Industry FSI Experience Level Senior Level
