Urgent Hiring: Team Leader – Customer Service (Outbound + Renewals)
Location: Delhi

Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Customer Service to manage and drive performance in our outbound call center team, focusing on customer support, upselling, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team handling 100–150 outbound customer service calls/day

• Ensure performance targets (renewals, upsell, and customer satisfaction) are met

• Monitor team metrics and coach team members for improvement

• Take calls occasionally to support the team during peak hours

• Report daily/weekly metrics to management

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years on-paper experience as Team Leader – Outbound Customer Service

• Recent experience must be in customer service (not sales only)

• Experience in Renewals/Upselling will be a big plus

• Total experience should not exceed 5.5 years

• Must be HSC pass (12th pass)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Shift & Schedule:

• Day Shift

• 2 Rotational Offs per week

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to ₹40000/month fixed (CTC up to ₹7 LPA)

• Up to ₹2 LPA in variables based on team performance

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
