Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Travel Process

Location: Noida, Sector 57

Job Description:

Radical Minds is seeking dynamic and skilled Customer Care Executives for our Travel Process team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus and Galileo. Exceptional communication skills are essential to deliver excellent customer service.

This is a 24/7 shift role that includes rotational offs and requires flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound travel-related queries including bookings, reservations, and other support services.

Travel Booking Assistance: Utilize GDS tools like Amadeus and Galileo to assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns related to itineraries, cancellations, and other travel-related issues professionally.

Provide Accurate Information: Ensure clear, informative interactions in compliance with company policies and travel regulations.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback as per company guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Travel Process (customer support or similar roles preferred).

GDS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo is essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills. Additional languages are a plus.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including rotational offs.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and resolution skills to manage customer queries efficiently.

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of travel industry norms and customer service best practices.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.

Team player with the capability to work independently.

Salary:

Up to 6 months experience with Versant 5 skills: ₹22,000/month

With GDS experience: Up to ₹28,000/month

(Based on experience and interview performance.
