Role : Manage and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.

  • Analyze customer behavior and segment audience.

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns.

  • Provide customer service support and resolve issues.

  • Conversion on calls Required (Scale)
