Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: Noida Sector 62

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to customers as per provided data

  • Explain company products/services clearly to customers

  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses

  • Address customer queries and provide required information

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

  • Follow company calling scripts and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language)

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is an advantage

  • Ability to handle rejection and work under targets

  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Working Days & Timings:

  • Monday to Saturday

  • Office Timing: 10:00- 6:30

Salary & Benefits:
