Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan inquiries, customer support, and repayment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain loan products and services.
Connect with customers who have applied for personal loan
Guide customers through the loan application, document collection, and verification process.
Provide information on loan eligibility, interest rates, EMIs, and repayment terms.
Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, or feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in CRM.
Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to seniors if required.
