Customer Care Executive (Showroom Sales)

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and expertise)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage walk-in clients at our showroom. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their décor needs, and suggest suitable interior solutions such as wallpapers, flooring, and furnishings.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist showroom visitors

Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products

Prepare estimates and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Maintain records of invoices and customer communications

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience

Candidate Profile:

Experience in interior/home décor products (e.g., carpets, furnishings, lighting, mattresses)

Strong face-to-face communication skills in English and local languages

Prior showroom/front-end sales experience is essential

Presentable and energetic individuals

Immediate joiners preferred
