Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan inquiries, customer support, and repayment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain loan products and services.

• Connect with customers who have applied for personal loan

• Guide customers through the loan application, document collection, and verification process.

• Provide information on loan eligibility, interest rates, EMIs, and repayment terms.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, or feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in CRM.

• Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to seniors if required.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
