• Make outbound calls to potential customers and cold calls to existing customers

• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services 

• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback 

• Maintain positive relationships with customers 

• Keep accurate records of calls, queries, responses, and resolutions

• Adhere to organizational guidelines and communication scripts

• Generate Leads or Sales, depending on the target of the Company
