Job Description

A Pre-Sales Executive drives revenue by supporting the sales team, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored product demonstrations or proposals. They act as a technical bridge, qualifying leads and designing solutions to close deals. Key responsibilities include managing CRM data, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with product teams

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Customer Engagement: Actively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to understand their needs.

  • Demonstrations & Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-level product demos, and technical proposals.

  • Sales Support:

    Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise and tailored solutions

    .

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.

  • Documentation: Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) with detailed technical data.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of company products, software, or, for IT roles, networking, SaaS, or CRM systems (e.g., SalesforceHubSpot).

  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills to map product features to client needs.

  • Experience: Typically requires a background in sales support or a related technical field.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
