Job Description

We are inviting candidates for a Walk-in Interview for Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat Process) at Noida Sector 63 (Work From Office). This role involves handling customer queries through voice and chat support, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assisting customers with accurate information, maintaining service quality standards, and providing timely resolutions will be the main responsibility. The position offers a salary up to ₹26,000 CTC (depending on experience & communication skills) along with growth opportunities and a friendly work environment.

Walk-in Interview Details:
Timing: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally (Voice Process).

  • Manage customer queries through chat and email support (Chat Process).

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Work in rotational day/night shifts as per process requirement.

  • Follow company guidelines and maintain performance targets.

Voice Process (Entry Level)

  • Salary: Up to ₹19,000 CTC

  • Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate Welcome

  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced Can Apply

  • Requirement: Basic to Good Communication Skills


Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced both eligible depending on process). For the Chat Process, a minimum of 6 months Email/Chat experience is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach are important for this profile. Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational shifts are an added advantage.
