We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive – Domestic Market to manage inbound leads, customer communication, and inside sales operations. This role focuses on B2B lead handling, customer follow-ups, quotation preparation, digital lead platforms, and coordination with the field sales team to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Lead Management & Customer Handling
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and B2B portals
· Handle and qualify domestic B2B leads received from platforms such as:
o IndiaMART
o TradeIndia
o Justdial
· Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and status tracking in CRM / Excel
Sales Coordination
· Prepare quotations, price sheets, and basic commercial proposals
· Transfer qualified and mature leads to the field sales / regional sales team
· Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, drawings, and delivery timelines
