At DROPDASH, we’re transforming the dropshipping ecosystem by connecting reliable suppliers with D2C brands and e-commerce entrepreneurs worldwide. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Support Executive who is passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional support experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Technical, and Finance to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer expectations are managed effectively.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and guide them through products and services.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer support activities.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information.
