Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image
Provide accurate information about products/services
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Maintain customer records and interaction logs
Meet response time and quality benchmarks
Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, emails)
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
